Eleanor Chin, Principal of Clarity Partners, brings over 20 years of experience as a leader in not-for-profits, educational institutions, corporations, start-up media-based ventures and her own consultancy. Her expertise is in helping institutional and individual clients navigate change, create inclusive and dynamic systems, and leverage strategic strengths for growth, learning and competitive advantage.

An experienced presenter and trainer, she has also published articles in the museum journal Hand to Hand and the Association of Youth Museum’s Anthology Collective Vision: Starting and Sustaining a Children’s Museum, as well as contributing to a chapter on women’s networks and mentoring in an upcoming volume on Barriers to Diversity published by the American Psychological Association.

Eleanor Chin is also an experienced coach, currently partnering with Healthworks Fitness Centers as a corporate and personal coach. She trained at The Coaches Training Institute in life coaching and Organizational and Relationship Systems coaching, and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
